Our story
Founded in Lakewood, built on repeat referrals
Dana Whitlock started Meadowlark after a decade working for national franchises where crews were rotated in from out of state and homeowners never met the same face twice. We're built the opposite way: local technicians, one project manager per job, and a phone number that reaches a person.
We named the company after the western meadowlark — Colorado's state bird, and the one you hear before you see it. Fast, unmistakable, and always local.
Today our crews cover Lakewood, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Denver, Littleton, and Morrison, staged so that most emergency calls see a truck within the hour. We handle everything from a single soaked closet to full-structure flood recovery, and we finish the rebuild ourselves rather than handing you off.
